Sure enough, Snopes swooped in to debunk the fantasy, revealing that the so-called Carlos was actually a German ballet dancer named Carlos Strasser, who performs with the Stuttgart Ballet. Unlike his older siblings, who have actively participated in politics and the business world, Barron has remained out of the public spotlight, focusing on his education and personal life.
If that’s true, one can only imagine how she feels about all the gay rumors swirling around Barron. Maybe. But it seems Maddie thought it was, sadly acknowledging that they couldn't make a long-distance romance work after Barron had to move to the White House. Or maybe he just didn’t want to be caught in a too-cutesy photo-op with a celebrity he respects (because we all know how much the Trump family loves a photo op).
In fact, the only thing he has in common with the original rumor is his name and his ability to bring out some very… flamboyant energy on the dance floor.
